1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern furniture and home-goods purchases completed on VINTAGE RENTAL LLC online store for United-States-based consumers, including sofas, beds, cabinets and associated accessories.
2. Order Processing Time
VINTAGE RENTAL LLC processes orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. This processing window runs from payment confirmation up until goods hand-off to carrier. Estimated delivery takes 4-7 business days post-shipment.
3. Carriers
Shipments are fulfilled by trusted domestic carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS. Tracking information will be sent via E-mail once shipment departs warehouse.

5. 14-Day Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving goods. Returned merchandise must stay brand-new and unused, free from stains or damage and maintain resale value. Original packaging and all accessories must be returned together.

Exchange applications must be filed within 14 days upon receipt. Items for exchange must remain brand-new, unused and resalable. All exchange-related outbound and return shipping costs are covered by VINTAGE RENTAL LLC, and prepaid shipping labels will be issued.

9. Refund Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting returned goods, we complete refund processing within 2 business days back to your original payment method.
10. Refund Amount
Refund covers your original product payment plus applicable sales tax. Return-related shipping charges are borne by us.
11. Product Warranty
Every finished furniture product carries a 2-year limited warranty starting from delivery date. Warranty applies to material or workmanship defects. Damage stemming from improper handling or accidental impact is excluded.
